No public Provifact video is linked from this repository yet. The live application and final shot guide, voiceover, recording checklist, and YouTube runbook are ready; media production remains an operator submission task rather than a product capability.

Recommended recording sequence

1. Product problem and evidence-lifecycle thesis
2. Mission Control overview using the LIVE SANITIZED TENANT DATA label
3. Settings and baseline matrix, including FileVault expected/observed values and required change
4. Deterministic finding trace, fingerprint, Git attribution, and public-safe evidence references
5. Bounded assistant answer, typed-claim verification, prose quarantine, and insufficient-evidence response
6. GET-only Graph, publication allowlist, Cloudflare runtime, and no-write boundary
7. Build Week development and Codex collaboration summary

Recordings must distinguish live sanitized evidence from the tracked synthetic package and state whether the assistant is in fixture or OpenAI mode. Do not imply that a matrix row is a framework certification or that Provifact changes Intune.

Before publication, review every frame for notifications, account names, repository secrets, tenant identifiers, policy names, device data, browser history, terminal output, private submission metadata, and third-party media rights. Use the demo package and submission checklist as the review record.
