Live Demo

DECLARED DATA MODE. Mission Control and /api/status are authoritative for the deployed package. Production currently serves a reviewed, fail-closed sanitized projection from read-only Microsoft Graph collection. Production Provifact Assistant uses fixed `gpt-5.6-terra`; local and preview builds remain fixture mode and make no OpenAI request. The repository checkout and reproduction path below remain entirely synthetic.

The primary Build Week demonstration is the dynamic Provifact Mission Control. It renders entirely from the validated Mission package, so dashboard metrics, findings, history, platform posture, gaps, and assistant references have one deterministic source.

What the credential-free fixture proves

Stage Demonstrated result Authority boundary
Approved baseline Pinned 98-rule macOS CIS Level 1 inventory with TMCO Consulting demo approval Internal technical intent, not external certification
Read-only collection Synthetic Mac, iPhone, iPad, policies, apps, assignments, and service health Same normalized shape as the GET-only provider
Deterministic evaluation One aligned rule, one value drift, one assignment drift, one conflict Model-independent algorithm
Platform boundary iOS/iPadOS posture visible but excluded from macOS CIS scoring No false cross-platform baseline claim
Publication Allowlisted package with policy version, stable IDs, and SHA-256 fingerprint Public/model-safe derivative
History Current and prior sanitized snapshots with changed/new/resolved findings No raw tenant persistence
Assistant Supported answers cite the package; unsupported questions return the exact insufficient-evidence sentence Fixture mode is not a model call
Verification Typed claims must exactly match evidence; prose remains generated and quarantined Human review required

The tracked fixture alignment score is intentionally 25%: one aligned rule divided by four explicitly mapped and evaluable rules. Production derives its current score from the sanitized Mission package instead. In both modes, the other 94 baseline rules remain visible as an implementation backlog, grouped by baseline section, and do not inflate or deflate the denominator.

Representative fixture states

  • FileVault assignment drift (high severity)
  • Firewall value drift (high severity)
  • Conflicting screen-lock password values
  • Screen-lock timeout aligned
  • Firewall stealth-mode provider mapping explicitly not reviewed
  • One iOS/iPadOS policy observation
  • Application deployment health and one failure aggregate
  • One explicit synthetic collection gap
  • Previous-versus-current drift changes
  • Deterministic CIS, STIG, NIST, and CMMC crosswalk identifiers where available

These are technical evidence states. They are not certification, control satisfaction, assessment completion, or organizational compliance.

Production live path

The protected production path is separate from the fixture build:

  1. GitHub obtains a short-lived Microsoft Graph token through the exact Entra production- environment federation.
  2. The GET-only collector creates an ephemeral private normalized package.
  3. The allowlist publisher, credential scan, public-content scan, schema validator, and fingerprint validator produce one public Mission package.
  4. Private evidence and key material are deleted; only the scanned public file receives one-day review retention.
  5. A separate reviewed deployment revalidates that exact run-ID-bound artifact before building the static site and confirms the deployed snapshot ID afterward.

The current production banner says LIVE SANITIZED TENANT DATA; the repository does not contain that package.

Reproduce it

python -m provifact run-mission-demo --output-dir build/mission-demo
python scripts/check_public_artifacts.py build/mission-demo
python -m provifact rebuild-static-demo
mkdocs build --strict
python scripts/check_public_artifacts.py site

The legacy schema-v1 narrative proof remains tracked under docs/assets/data/phase1-* so judges can also inspect an intentionally rejected compliance-verdict narrative. Mission Control adds the interactive /api/ask boundary without weakening that verifier.

There is no automatic remediation. A Git revert changes desired-state history only; it does not revert Intune. Human assessors retain final judgment.
